Growing up in an environment rich with the science of health supplements, thanks to my father’s work with Swiss Caps, gave me an early and profound appreciation for the industry. This background, combined with my experiences running a contemporary art gallery, where I learned valuable skills in business management and quality evaluation, uniquely positioned me to lead Gelpell AG. When Tomas and I took over in 2015, we saw an opportunity to innovate and expand within the nutraceutical market, driven by a commitment to quality and customer service.

How has your leadership style evolved since you started at Gelpell AG, and what core principles guide you?

Initially, our leadership at Gelpell AG was very hands-on, reflecting the startup nature of our early days. As we grew, it became essential to establish clear leadership roles and foster a team-oriented environment. Knowing each team member by name and ensuring cultural fit has been crucial.
